There are plenty of typos, missing figures etc. pp. It can be used despite those limitations.
Code examples from the book
We just put zipped source files on that web page. Download and unzip those files. Put them under the right package and don't forget to add the freshest sharkfw jar. All examples are explained in the developer guide.
